How can I play local files on Spotify Web?

Local files are currently not supported on the web player, but there's a relevant idea for what you're suggesting in the Idea Exchange here. Feel free to add your vote to it - it's the best way to provide your feedback for new features such as this one.

My Issue

I need to upload songs through spotify to my wedding DJ, I have three that I have cut and edited in-house but when I go to settings, there is NO Local File option. I have Language, Display and Social. I have rebooted, downloaded iTunes, etc. It doesn't exist.
