Long term playlist disappeared.

Hi all. I’ve built a playlist (CH One) over time since the day I started using Spotify years ago, and have used it to dump music we like into for road trips, parties, and the like as well as new music that the app has thrown at me. Once DJ popped up I listened to that off and as it took music from my playlist, but I realised last week that CH One has disappeared. I’ve tried all the tricks I could find to get it back without success. It’s not the end of the world, but as a history of my music over the years I’m disappointed to say the least. No other playlists have gone, just my favourite. Any ideas?

To get started, can you elaborate a bit on what steps you've tried exactly? If you haven't checked if you can see the playlist under Deleted Playlists and recover it, please do so as it's entirely possible it just got erroneously deleted. See here for the full steps.

Hi there and thanks. 

1. Turned phone off and back on

2. same for my laptop

3. Followed all the tips and guidance I could find here and elsewhere on the web. 

Maybe not important but the app tells me I have not deleted any playlist.

If the playlist was indeed deleted but this happened over 90 days/3 months ago, you won't see it on your end but it's still there. To cover all our bases, could you please reach out to us directly here so that we can take a closer look. If the playlist is still there, we'll happily restore it for you.
