My Question or Issue

The library won't load.

Neither reloading the page or logging out and in worked.

I can still add songs to playlists, but the library just won't show up.

Deleting browsing data seemed to fix it.

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

 

We're glad to know that it started working again. If you re-encounter this issue, you can try with a different network to see if that makes the difference. Also, make sure to disable any VPNs if in use, since it can affect the app's performance. 

 

It's also worth deleting the browsers' cache and if that doesn't help, try in an incognito window or a different browser.

Regrettably this isn't helping me. It will come back visually but the second I interact with it it will disappear.

I have an issue with the app I upgraded to 9.0.40.506 version and now I can’t play any music. I have followed all the steps and have deleted the app then reinstalled 20 times and still not fixed. No music is showing up and I can search music and it won’t play. If I log on via the web it allows me to play music and has all my songs showing.

For anyone having these issues currently, be advised that we're aware of an issue with the library disappearing and we're looking into it. Check all the info and the status of the investigation here. Provide any relevant info you have too, the more we have the faster we can get to the bottom of this.
