Move Playlist to folder doesn't work/exist anymore

I cannot move playlists to folder any more.

- Move to folder option doesn't exist anymore.

- Drag-n-drop doesn't work.

Same on Desktop app and Webplayer.

Am I the only one with this issue? How could this be fixed?

I just checked this on my Windows, Mac, and Web Player. I can drag and drop playlists into folders as usual. Could you please share a screen recording so I can take a better look?
