Music will not play

Music will not play

  1. I have just signed up for the one month free trial. I am using I Phone SE and my IOS is 18.4.2 and i have 74 gigabytes free. I have cleared my caches and reinstalled the App. I usually live in Australia, but, am currently in Italy, I can’t alter the country on my profile ( set as Poland) 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. I can not play ANY music! Please help!

This issue could be related to different factors, so we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app on your iPhone by following the instructions mentioned in this article

 

If the issue persists, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out. 


Lastly, could you confirm if you're receiving any error messages when you try to play music? It would be great if you could include a screenshot to take a better look.
