Why do songs I search for to put in my playlists show up in my main search?

Thanks for reaching out. Could you elaborate a bit more on what exactly you're trying to do here? If you use the main search, that will look through the entire Spotify catalogue. If you use the search bar at the very top of a playlist, that will only look through that playlist. So where are you searching and what do you see there? Send us some screenshots too, that will definitely help us understand this better.
