My local files get deleted when i add a song to a playlist and make it available for offline

• Okay so when i add my local files to a playlist so i can listen to them on my phone i selete them all add them to a playlist and click the “add to offline” now when i do i open my phone and Nothing! So i deselect add to offline and it deletes all my songs from local playlist! 
  
  okay i turned off my firewall and my laptop and phone are connect to the same wifi and now i can no longer add any songs to my phone or laptop

If you're having difficulties syncing your local files to your phone, we'd recommend you check out this Spotify Answer and follow the steps.

Should the issue persist, it would be great if you could send us a screenshot of your Local Files folder in the desktop app, as well as how the tracks appear in the playlist.
