I can't download local files to my phone

I have imported my own music to Spotify, it is located now in my local library. Then I've made a new playlist and I've added the songs from the located library to this playlist. So far so good... But now I can't play this on my phone, it is 'waiting ...

Dislike button applies to the next song in the radio

Hello everyone! When I dislike a song on radio it also applies to the next song only if it is already in my library (liked songs) therefore removing it from my library.Has anyone faced the same problem? Is there any workaround? Thanks in advance!
