No album covers for local files

Most of the local files I have uploaded have had cover photos but I just tried to upload another and it did not. I tried scaling the image size down to 300x300 and also uploading the same song as a different file but nothing worked.

There might be more threads about this. I once reported this as well but nothing was done about it.
