Offline is not working

• My app refuses to work offline I have to be online everytime I open it or else it's just blank I can't pay for offline music an have no offline music, what am I paying for then?
• Also I Could be online and some songs will refuse to load.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. We moved your post from the OI to a new thread as this is a different behavior than the originally reported. Hope you don't mind.

Just to make sure we're on the same page, would you mind confirming if you've already performed a clean reinstall of the app? If not, we'd recommend following the steps mentioned in this article as it can assist in eliminating any cache that may be causing troubles activating the offline mode, or properly loading songs while online. Keep in mind that if the app is in Offline mode, it won't be connected to the internet and will just show the downloaded content. 

If the issue persists, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out.

Lastly, it would be great if you could include on your next response a screen recording or a screenshot where we can take a better look at how things are looking on your end.
