Thank you for the reply and the info provided.

 

We've been able to reproduce this to an extent and there's definitely something up with the Android UI elements. We've reported this to the appropriate team so that it gets looked into further. We'll keep you posted on updates if and when we have them. If you have anything to share in the meantime, let us know.

Thanks for reaching out! And kudos for including a screenshot 🙂

 

Just to make sure we cover all bases, do you notice any difference after clearing stored cache from the app? Make sure to also log out/back in again once it's done, as this will resync your account info.

 

Another option is to do a clean reinstall. This will clear cache too, as well as ensure that you're running the latest app version.

 

Should the issue persist, however, it would be great if you could let us know:

 

  • The exact model & OS version of your Motorola device.
  • Current Spotify version.
  • Does this only happen specific playlists? For example, recently followed Collaborative lists?

These details will help us investigate further.

I have a motorola edge 50 fusion. Spotify version 9.1.4.1171. I've cleared the cache.

I get this issue with playlists I've created an shared through social using the share buttons.
