My Question or Issue

I want to make playlist folders on my computer. I right-clicked the playlists in the left bar, and all it would do would start playing the playlist. I pressed the "..." on each playlist where it gave me a drop-down menu with options like "make public," "make collaborative," "go to playlist radio," "share playlist," etc., but nothing about playlist folders. What am I missing?
