Playlist doesn't open

I want to listen to my Playlist and it shows that it is there but as soon as I want to open it, it just shows a black screen. My Playlist doesn't load. What can I do? I already installed the app again and tried to log out and then in again but nothing works. I have Spotify for almost 5 years now and I never had a problem like this before.

Just to confirm, do you see your playlists as empty or do you see just a black screen when you try to open them? Is this happening with just one playlist or is it all of them?

On another note, we'd like to know, is there an external SD card installed on your device? If so, remove it and reinstall the app in the internal memory of your device. Make sure to use the app without inserting the SD card again.

The hyperlink has the steps to perform a clean (more thorough) reinstall of the Spotify app on your mobile device. Since you mentioned you already tried reinstalling, we'd like you to follow those steps to check if you notice any difference.
