Playlist issue

Recently i found out something wierd about my spotify on my Iphone. I primary use spotify on PC but when i tried to use it on my Iphone song in playlist are not showing and i cant play them but when i log in to my friends acc everything is just fine. Any solutions?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. This seems very strange. We'd like to take a closer look into this.

Just to confirm, do you see the same playlists as you see on your PC, just that there's empty playlists?

A useful step to try is to perform a clean reinstall of the app. This is different from a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

Hopefully the clean reinstall will fix things, but if it doesn't, can you do the following:

• Check if there's any pending OS update
• Let us know the exact device this occurs on
