My Question or Issue

keeps deleting my playlist and I don't know why. They keep saying it has to do with the terms and conditions but I don't see in the terms and conditions what I'm doing wrong.

They also do not reply any of my emails. Does anyone know what to do?
Really feel unappreciated and ignored by them.
