Playlist missing

I just noticed that one of my playlist that I made is no longer there. I haven't listed to it in a while so I'm not sure how long this has been an issue or why it was deleted (I certainly didn't delete it). I did get a "takedown notification" the other day via email but that makes no sense to me as I wasn't using any special names or artwork. It was a simple playlist with no followers that I'm aware of... but it took me a long time to compile all the songs I wanted. Please let me know if there is any way to recover it.
