Playlist won't delete

Playlist won't delete

I can't delete a certain playlist. I've tried to do so form multiple devices, on Android and on Windows desktop app as well, however the playlist can still be found on one of it's folowers' profile, through where I can even edit the playlist's details, however the delete button does nothing.

Hey again!

I managed to get into the playlist using the link you sent over…

I’m trying to figure out why it’s stuck, and I think you might want to try changing the playlist privacy to Private. Then, give it another shot at deleting it. If that doesn’t work, I’d suggest reaching out to Customer Support. They should be able to take a look and see what’s going on with the playlist.

Could you share the link of this playlist you're trying to delete? And I also would like to know if you get any kind of error message when you try to delete it. What are the steps you're taking? Would you mind to share screenshots showing how you're proceeding?

I don't get any error messages when i try to delete it. Here's a screen recording of how I'm proceeding.

Thanks for sharing more info and the video! 

I checked your profile, and this playlist isn’t available there, even though it appears to be a public playlist. I can’t access it directly through the link you shared, so I suspect it’s been deleted and it’s still showing up in your library due to a bug.

Have you tried a clean reinstall of the app? If you’ve already done that and haven’t had success, please let me know the app version and the OS version of your device.

So that's the odd thing about this playlist, it isn't listed on my profile, and won't show up on my library either, the only way I was able to find it was through another user profile, who had it saved before i tried to delete it. It's weird that you can't acess it via the link, before posting here I had someone else, on a completely different device and profile check that they could find the playlist throught the same profile i could, would you mind cheking it once more? here's the link again: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/6UeNZ8NqOQwSgIJ5mOPnlQ?si=028ab000d46944ad
I've tried the clean reinstall already. the current app version: 9.1.6.1139. the OS version: Android 16.
I can still find the playlist using the windows desktop app, even though I haven't tried on spotify web version, I'll try it and update this post once I do.

Edit: I just tried using spotify web version to find and delete the playlist, and the same happened: I found it, but I upon trying to delete it, nothing happened, just like on the mobile, and desktop app

Just tried changing the privacy, but it had no effect whatsoever. I'll contact support now, thanks a lot for your help!
