Playlists disappeared

Almost all my personal playlist have disappeared without me or the co-owners doing anything.

They were created on my previous free account that got cancelled after not being used 2 weeks ago but all the playlist were co-owned with me or friends.

Their fantom still appear when I load my library or wanna add a new song but they all disappear again as fast as a waterfall...

How do I recover them??

First, please make sure you're logged into the correct account! You can check here. If your old account is different from your current one, your playlists are on the other one.

If you can log into your old account, there, you'll see all the playlists you recently deleted. Click "Restore" for each one — they'll be back in your library immediately.

You can also have a look if the playlist appears for your a friend or a family member when they search for it in the app. If they find it within the app, they can share it with you and you can save it to Your Library.
