Playlists wiped completely

My Question or Issue

I opened the app a few days ago and the majority of my playlists have been completely wiped except for the name. A few of my playlists seem to remain intact. My data for the Spotify generated playlists seems correct but my like songs have regressed to be months behind where I was. I have tried all the troubleshooting I could find. Deleting the app and restarting my phone, logging in on another device, logging out and deleting the app and restarting my phone, but none of it has worked. Please help me recover YEARS worth of hand curated playlists.

I strongly advise you to secure your account immediately as it could have been compromised, with a third-party removing the songs from your playlists. Make sure to reset your password, then sign out everywhere as well as remove any apps that may have been linked to your account.
