Problem with dowloading local files

I am currently using a Google Pixel 4. Usually I would be able to just download the local files on my pc like its supposed to. I am on the same network and it usually worked. But all of the sudden new local files wouldn't download.
I already did the following:
Relog on my phone.
Restart my phone.
Delete Spotify from my phone.
The last one only made the problem just worse as I cant download any local files anymor
