Hi Ivan

 

I did what Spotify told me to do and I still keep getting the same queue I did uninstall the app and wiped my data from Spotify and it did nothing

Thanks for your post here in the Community. We've moved your message to a new thread because the other one was a bit old.

 

Now, so we can check, could you give us a detailed description of the behavior you're experiencing? If possible, could you send us a video recording of this behavior? You can attach it in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public, so we can visualize it.

 

In the meantime, let us know if this happens on a device in particular? If you haven't checked, try logging into your account from a different mobile device or the Web Player and let us know if you have the same issue there. 

 

Lastly, make sure you clear the queue on your account by following the steps here.
