My Question or Issue

My main usage for spotify was through my apple carplay but since yesterday it would start a song on a playlist that I chose, play the song a few seconds then skip to a playlist i've never wanted. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled/reinstalled still same problem. When i got home I found the same problem on my Ipad and PC. Uninstalled on all, reinstalled on PC only, same problem. Changed my password, nil change.

 

Is there a solution before next billing day as i'm NOT listening to rap or RNB.
