My Question or Issue
Some of my playlists disappeared.
I can not restore them using "Recover playlists" in the account menu.
Please help. This is very frustrating.

Thanks for posting in the Community.
We get that some of your playlists are missing at the moment. Let's try and help you out here, but first we'll need some more info. Are those playlists that you've created or are ones that you've followed? Keep in mind that if you're not the owner of the missing playlists, then their disappearance could be due to their author taking them down, or making them private. If the playlists are yours and you've not deleted them, then this could be related to your device's cache, so we'd recommend trying out a clean reinstall first, to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. See if this will shake things up and make your playlists reappear in Your Library.
If the above doesn't help, then we'd advise you to contact our Support folks, who can take a closer look at your personal account and help you with restoring the playlists to your collection.

Created them myself. Tried fresh reinstall.

The support agent assisted. He/she could restore playlists that I could not see in my "recover playlists" list. Still don't know why these playlists were deleted. But I revoked access of most apps and logged out of all my active logins.
