Some tracks don't play offline/iOS

I'm using an iPhone 11 with iOS 15.5, and I'm having problems with offline. I download some playlists, and some tracks in those playlists don't play offline. This doesn't happen when I play them online, and it only started to happen recently. Is anyone else having this problem?

We'll do our best to help. Can you let us know what exactly happens to the songs which don't play - are they grayed out and simply skipped, or does the app stop playback when a song like that comes up?

Hi Alex,

The song simply doesn’t start playing, stays at 0:00. Forwarding/rewinding changes the timestamp, but the song still doesn’t play. Hope this helps!

Could you send us a short screen recording of the issue, so we can get a better understanding of what exactly is going on  on your end? Also send us links to the affected songs.

In the meantime you can give a clean reinstall of the app a go. This way we can be sure, that no old cached files a causing problems. Here is how to do it.
