Toggle switch for a certain functionality

The support keeps ignoring my emails, other topics get merged or deleted...

I want to see a toggle for smart shuffle:

- In the settings, so once its turned off it cannot be turned on accidentally

- i do not wish to be instructed how smart shuffle works and "just click it again". Im not intellectually impaired, i know that. Im talking about a global toggle switch, not just turning it off 

-im taking offence if its merged with other topics as there is no similiar idea to this
