My Question or Issue

I am unable to view any of the tabs in Your Library without getting the "Something went wrong" error message but for some reason the Playlists tab loads without an issue (this is on the Web Browser version btw). I have tried opening on Chrome (and in Incognito mode) and Firefox as well as clear the cache and cookies but they all produce the same error.

Hi there @DarthJericho,

Thanks for the post.

Since this is happening on multiple browsers, it's possible that the issue is network related. You can try the following:

  • Restart your router by powering it off for 15 sec. and turning it back on.
  • Connect to another network, like a mobile hotspot, to check if the other tabs load.
  • Clear any entries containing 'Spotify' from your hosts file. Follow this guide.

Hope this helps.

I have tried restarting the router and that did not work. I do not have another network at my place but will try connecting to someplace else something in the next week if I have the opportunity and will come back with the results.

Another thing I did check was logging onto Spotify on a different laptop to the one I normally use and the issue persists on there as well.

Hi @DarthJericho,

Thanks for the reply. Please test that out and let us know. Also send us some screenshots or a video of the behaviour, that would be very helpful.

Keep us posted. Thanks in advance!
