We’re excited to hear about your 2025 Wrapped experience here.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2025 Wrapped, and share your feedback. We’ll be keeping an eye, and reporting back to the right folks.

In the meantime, we’ll also keep our Ongoing Issues board up-to-date, and be sure to inform you of any known issues which may arise.

Please note:

• Wrapped may not be available to all users, as it’s subject to specific eligibility criteria. Before posting here we encourage you to ensure you’re on the latest version of the app, and read this year’s FAQ in the Support Site for more information.
• The Wrapped campaign has ended on January 16th, 2026, and it’s no longer possible to access Wrapped stories.

My Spotify Wrapped Artist Clips section disappeared after I watched them. I was able to view around 10 clips from Conan Gray, Renee Rapp, Adrian Lyles, Sabrina Carpenter, etc., but the entire Artist Clips section is now gone from my Wrapped feed. Can you restore it or check my account?

Hi, I was watching my top artists videos from spotify wrapped, however I had to stop watching because I had to leave, when I got home again I wanted to continue watching the videos but they suddenly disappeared ? before you were able to watch the videos as many times as you wanted but now they’re just gone, are you just able to watch them once? because that would really suck especially since I wasn’t done watching them. I hope this issue can be fixed.

Hi! I'm having a little issue. There is a song that plays in some parts of my Wrapped, I cannot ID it by any means (Shazam shows 5 different names and its not one of them) and I really want to listen to it again. Please add the names of the songs that are playing while viewing the Wrapped Stories.

My iPhone is stuck on iOS 16 and I can’t update Spotify, so I can’t see 2025 Wrapped. Will I still be able to see future Wrappeds if I never upgrade my system again, or is this the end of Wrapped for me?

If my spotify wrapped has a number that is empty. I assume it’s because it was removed? Is there anyway to know which album/song it was just out of deep curiosity! 
Also, Super happy the Spotify Wrapped this year! Looks awesome!

Cannot determine the song title or artist on a specific slide. The song isn't in my top 100  no idea how to determine this but Spotify should include the song title and artist currently bein played in the sideshow on ever slide.

Would be cool if there was a toggle or drop-down option to re-sort the wrapped top songs playlist to allow a simpler way to listen to the playlist bottom to top or even sort it by the date of first listening to the songs during the year. Sorting top to bottom is practical but it would be cool to be able to re-order it without having to make new playlists or adding everything to the queue in reverse order

I have an old iphone, which means i can't update the spotify app anymore. I would still like to see my Wrapped 2025. Is there a solution?

I’ve logged out and logged back in I even deleted the app and made sure it was up to date and redownloaded but still no change! I feel helpless solving this It would be really nice if you guys can do something about it!

Hello, I cannot access the “Files” part by the end of my Wrapped. It show's “One more thing…” but when I scroll down it doesn’t appear.

I really wish there was a way to see my Spotify wraps from previous years, like just the top artist + percent of listeners thing. Please add that for future wraps and if somehow possible, past ones too.
