alphabetize playlist

My Question or Issue

Not to long ago my songs in my playlist were in alphabetical order. That went away. Everybody online says to click the column header above the songs. But the column headers no longer open. All I get is the "I" shape when I navigate to the  the column header. The cursor shows the arrow and not the pointed finger. Obviously the column header is not the typical blue color when I move the cursor to the header. Help?

Can you let us know if you can't sort playlists by Title on all your devices or just one?

Sharing some screenshots would also be helpful 🙂
