copy/paste songs

Hi, I'm trying to copy a friend's playlist and add it to MY playlist without having to add the songs one by one... there are 701 songs so you know..He wants to delete his playlists and account. I know it was possible before to copy all songs and paste in another playlist but i cant figure out how to do this anymore.

Hi @Marco7913, thanks for writing!

Using your desktop app, just open the playlist, click on one of the songs in it, then CTRL+A, CTRL+C and then CTRL+V on a new, empty playlist.

Let me know how it goes ๐Ÿ™‚

It seems as though copy and paste functionality no longer works in Spotify. Can someone explain?

Hi there @stevenhard35,

Thank you for your reply in this thread.

You should be able to copy with CTRL+C and then paste with CTRL+V

If you can't we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Take care!
