i can't turn off offline mode

i tried to play a playlist of mine like i usually do but this time i coouldn't see the play button and when i finally found a way to press the play button it said that i have to turn off offline mode which i never enabled in the first place and now i can't find the 'offline mode' option in the settings

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

If you activated the offline mode by mistake, you can turn it off by following the steps mentioned in this article under the section Switch on Offline Mode. 

If the issue persists, since this could also be caused by some damaged cache stored in your device, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, logged out and logged in, and done all of the basic tasks. My Spotify app just randomly decides that it's in 'offline mode' even when every other app on my phone has no problem with internet access. I'm at the gym completely unable to listen to the music I pay you for because your app just decides not to work once a day.

(I'm using Windows PC)

Go to settings >> Apps >> Installed Apps

Find the app that says Spotify

Click on the button with the 3 dots (far right of the bar)

Go to Advanced Options

Scroll down to Repair / Reset

I am not sure which one did the trick but I pressed both buttons

It does not delete the app, just signed me out, when I signed in again, it was working normally
