import/export playlist functionality?

My Question or Issue

Is it possible to import a text document or excel sheet into spotify to which it will automatically create a playlist based on the titles and artists, song links, or URIs in the document? Switching songs from .mp3 files to spotify and would rather not have to manually search every song to then put them into playlists. Thanks

export feature from playlists would also be great for backing up playlists if these features do not exist
