My Question or Issue

Hello, my playlists have all lost information and songs. See attached pic. It happened suddenly and I have logged out etc. It's happening on all versions i.e phone, desktop and app. 

If anyone knows a fix, would be appreciated!

Hey @radiotoe, welcome to the Spotify Community! 🎵

 

This is unexpected. Could you please select the playlist chip from the menu at the top, then scroll to check whether any are duplicated or whether your existing playlists were replaced with empty versions? 

 

Try logging out and logging back in 3-4 times, and see if the library syncs correctly. Then you can reach out to Spotify Support by clicking here and let them know about this issue. They might be able to restore your account to a previous state.

 

At last, I'd recommend resetting your password and following these steps:

 

  1. Sign out everywhere from the account overview page
  2. Check the apps connected to your account and revoke access for any unknown or suspicious connections.
