Thanks for reaching out via the Community! 

I assume that you mean you're a Collaborator and want to leave a Collaborative playlist. If that's the case, then the tracks that you've already added will remain in the playlist, but you won't be able to add new ones or remove them. You can remove your songs and add new ones as long as you're still a Collaborator.
