30 minutes of ad-free music not working

So when the popup asking if I want 30 minutes of ad-free music shows up, i tap on the “watch video” button but instead of giving me the video it acts like i skipped the video entirely then doesn’t give me 30 seconds of ad-free music. This has been happening for about a month now. Does anybody else have this issue?

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. I tried it on my end too and worked fine. Have you tried another network connection to see if that helps? 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I am currently on iOS 12 and it always skips the advertisement.

Hey @user-removed,

iOS 12 is still a beta software, not released by Apple officially to the public.

Also, third parties are not allowed by Apple to update their apps to be officially compatible with a Beta software released by them.
