ARTIST RADIO disappeared on recent update

Hey there,

My Spotify recently automatically updated and now I no longer have the function to click on an artist and select ‘Artist Radio’. Am I doing something wrong and have to click this feature back on or has the function been taken away for non-paying customers? (Note: I am based in the UK and have an IPhone working on IOS)

It sounds like you have the new design in the mobile app for free users.

The radio has been discontinued in the new free version.

I am disappointed in the way Spotify is trending, the radio feature is what I used most on my phone. I am assuming that the radio is the most used feature on mobile, hence the reason to move it behind a paywall. Looks like its time to dump the stocks and move to Pandora on my phone.

Radio is the only reason I had Spotify. I will be deleting my account.

While it's true that  'Artist Radio' has been removed,  there is an alternative. Each artist has a playlist titled 'Inspired by ____.' It basically functions the same way. You can find it under the 'Appears On' section of the artist page.

Thanks Josh, this helps 🙂

No radio? Isn't that like the entire point of Spotify?

Wow. What a joke.

I've been a premium user for a long time but have been on free for a while. I'll never be using premium again, and am going to Uninstall. I'll just use something g else for my Music playing.

What a joke.
