AVRCP 1.4+

It should be great supporting AVRCP 1.4+ in Spotify. Using Apple's Music app I can browse tracks and albums from the car stereo. Using Spotify I have to do it on the phone. Which is not the safest thing while I'm driving. (okay, browsing on the car stereo also not the safest thing but I have some navigation buttons on the steering-wheel)

It should be enough for the offline content (it should be too complicated to browse in the whole Spotify content)

Same problem in Toyota, Subaru and Lexus. Metadata only shows up for the first song, controls do not work. iPhone user.
