I have searched the help files and there does not appear to be a definitive answer to this issue which seems to keep popping up. I have tried ALL the options suggested from hard resets, clean installs, disconnecting and signing out of all devices, etc. etc. I cannot search or browse songs on ipad mini 2 or my ipod. iphone 5S and widows pc works fine. Paying for Premium, so not happy there is no direct support facility, shame on you Spotify! Please provide a proper answer or advise if there is an ongoing issue. Replies that opne with  "Have you tried..."  don't answer the question and yes, I probably have tried several times for the past 3 days to no avail.  May we please now have a definitive answer.
