App doesnt open after simcard change

Description

App doesnt open after sim card change (and providor) and resett restore from itunes. It's just a flash of the window open and shut imedeatly. no login either

 

A more detailed description, using numbered steps

1. changed sim card

2. made backup in itunes

3. reset in itunes

4. installed from backup

5. downloaded app for ios4

6. tried to open app

  

What I expected to happen

To open spotify and login

 

What actually happened

I click the app and it shows the spotify background for 1 second and the it shuts down and back to desktop. No error messages or login

Hi,

 

It sounds like the iTunes backup of Spotify was a bit corrupted.

 

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? May fix the issue.

I dont think there was backup of spotify at all. Ive a new pc also. so my itunes on the pc had no backup from before. I made the backup after i had changed the simcard. So when restore was finished and i installed from backup (to get the cnontactlist wich i did). all apps were there but not the spotify app. How do i reset again and make backup that will work and save my calender and contact data. so i can make a fresh install?
