My Spotify app is not loading. When I click the app to open it, it just shows the logo in the middle of the screen and nothing else. Nothing to click, nothing loading, just the logo. I had tried deleting and reinstalling the app twice. I have a new phone with lots of memory. Please help.

Hey @Holly78,

 

Has the app ever worked on this device before?
If yes, something in your cached data may be corrupted and preventing the app from loading.

What I would suggest in this case is a complete clean reinstall of the app, as this removes all Spotify-related data from the device as well.
