My Question or Issue

For past few weeks I cannot control Spotify from my Apple Watch series 4. No volume, play/pause or skip tracks. I can seem to play/pause it from the watch menu when scrolling up on the home screen of the watch. 

I've tried installing/uninstalling, rebooting etc.

I recommend checking this article and testing out some of the suggestions you haven't already tried. It'd also be great if you can send us a video of the app's performance on the watch, so that we can have a closer look. If the file is too large to attach, you can upload it to Google Drive (make sure to allow general access to the file) or as an unlisted YouTube video.
