Can I Listen To Local Files On iPhone With Spotify Free?

I was wondering if it was possible to play ONLY local files that I have already synced from my computer using the Spotify app on my iPhone with Spotify Free. I have Spotify Premium at the moment, but was wondering if this was possible on Spotify Free.

Yes. With a Free account or Spotify Unlimited, you can use Spotify to transfer your own music (local files) from your computer to your phone/mobile. You can then use Spotify on your phone to listen to your music. US users can also access Spotify Radio for free on a mobile phone, without a Premium subscription.
