iOS app keep lost some tracks

I've encounter this on both my iPad(6.1.3) and iPhone5(6.1.4), no jailbreak to my device. I have a playlist have about 250+ songs, I already sync them to offline, but sometimes when I open Spotify, some tracks are gone, and need resync. Any help?

Library functionality

Just restarted my Spotify premium subscription and discovered that the iPhone app is still lacking a library feature. I don't always have time to create playlists when I'm on the go and searching for each song is not efficient.Thanks,Dan
