My Question or Issue

I cant rearrange my queue even after restarting or clean reinstalling the app. Please advise. I am not going to update ios so dont suggest that thanks.

Please keep in mind that Queue compatibility features are only accessible on Spotify Premium. Could you confirm what plan you're on?

If you have a Premium subscription and you're still having issues, could you share some details on the steps you're following and how the app is responding?

The steps Im following is:

Im looking for the button that used to be on the right side of a queue track that would allow me to drag it up and down,

Its not there so I cant do it

What I'd suggest in your situation is to perform a complete clean reinstall of the app to see if that would make a difference.
This will ensure there are no leftover files on your device from previous Spotify installations that may be interfering with the app functionality.

 

If that doesn't work, I'd highly recommend updating it to the latest version that you can get and check if you'll experience the same. Spotify always works on improving the user's experience and they advise that you keep both your OS and your Spotify up to date with the latest version so that you don't miss out on any fixes.
