Cannot connect Facebook account in Spotify iPhone app

A few months ago, I switched from an Android phone to an iPhone. I was able to connect my Facebook account to my Spotify account through the Android app, but I have not been able to with the iOS app. I go through the required steps to connect my Facebook account and it looks like everything went through, but I am still not connected so I cannot share songs and playlists through the app. I have logged out, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times to no avail. Is there a fix for this issue?! I'm using an iPhone 4 running the most recent version of iOS 6. I am also using the most recent Spotify for iOS app.

Once I get to Step 4, there are no changes made and my Facebook account is still NOT connected.  When I try to link it again, the Spotify app crashes.

I suggest you submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify can look into it for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
