Helo friends...

Lets see if you could help me and/or have some tips for my case.

I can't login to spotify using my user (that works and login normaly on web) when i was trying to login using the app from iphone and ipad.

I have already changed the password, deleted/reinstaled the APPs from iphone and ipad... and i still can't login.

Hope y could help me with that!

May i ask, are you entering your email or username when trying to log into the app?

You need to enter your spotify username when logging into the Spotify mobile apps 🙂
