Cant change volume level from quiet to loud

I'm trying to change volume level on Iphone from quiet to loud. After pressing the "loud" option it seems like i did it, but after leaving the settings it switches back to guiet. No matter how many times i do that, it'll always switch back to quiet. Tried uninstalling the app, closing it, restarting my phone, nothing works...Can someone help?

Yep. Exactly same issue. Reinstalled but it just keeps resetting to quiet.

The volume level in the iOS app is stuck on quiet. When I change it to normal, the change doesn't save. How do I fix this? I've tried reinstalling the app, signing out/in.

Please fix this issue of audio normalisation of resetting to quiet will you. 
have been using app version 8.9.19.571 in IP 14.

Despite premium membership this issue still persist fix this frustrating problem with your app.

I’ve been having the same issue since the update almost an entire month ago. The music quality is so different stuck on quiet mode. Listening to music isn’t the same, especially in the car. This should’ve been fixed a long time ago. Why am I paying for subpar quality? Ridiculous

For iphone app, the Audio normalization always defaults to Quiet, even after manually changing it to Normal or Loud. Once I leave the settings page, it will then automatically switch back to quiet.

its not fixed yet i got a phone 15 (ios 17.4.1, latest version) and its been 3 weeks after 18.9.19 and no change just wondering why the price update but no fix of the volume settings its been like this for a couple months

I just got the update and it looks like this problem is fixed. Thanks for the comment.

In the playback settings, there is an option to change the loudness of the music. And i personally like mine on loud. But it keeps automatically changing to quiet. And no matter what, it will not let me change it to loud. And its a significant difference that bugs me a lot.

Unfortunately found out new fix

don't apply to LOCAL files

which are completely UNAFFECTED

no matter what volume level you pick

it won't change  🫤
