Car Radio iPhone link

If a plug my iphoner into my car radio it begins with Spotify (for a second)  then moves over to iPod.  How can I keep to Spotify?

While we've done the best we can support some accessories, sadly some controllers are only set up to be compatible with the inbuilt music player. We have something on our FAQ about this right here.

Hi, if you delete all your iPod music & all the music on your phone and only have spotify music on your phone it should stop flicking off

That doesn't always work, I have no music on my iPhone and my car still refuses to play Spotify.
