Car bluetooth issues

Hi All,

This is my first ever post on this forum and I really hope someone can help. I have very recently started using Spotify Premium and it plays through my TV soundbar and on iphone and laptop with no issues whatsoever.

However, when I try to play Spotify through my car blutooth system the songs speed up abd cut out indiscriminantly and it's driving me absolute crazy! I simply can't listen to the songs. If no one can help then I will need to cancel my subscription.

Any ideas?

I've got an iPhone SE. Weird thing is I had iPhone6 previously and had no issues whatsoever, I am truly baffled.....

Have you tried to reinstall the Spotify application and download it again.

Won't I lose my music library if I do that?

Unfortunately you will becasue of the removement of the app. Restalling the Spotify application may fix your problem.

Hi,
I deleted and reinstalled the app but unfortunately it hasn't resolved the issue. The strange thing is the app works whenever I use it except in the car. My girlfriends 5s works fine in my car as well. I'm truly baffled. Could it be an issue with my phone perhaps??

That's possible. The last thing you can do is to reset your iPhone with a backup file on your computer.
