Hey there,
I recently bought a new iPhone (iPhone X on iOS 11.2) and on my old one I've always listened to my music with Spotify. All my local files are on my Desktop (Windows 10 Version 10.0.16299 Build 16299) in a playlist I made so I can listen to it on my phone. Unfortunately, there's some files that are downloaded but unavailable. I tried reinstalling the app on my Desktop, deleting local-files.bnk, closing the app on my Phone and Desktop but none of these works. Does anybody has an idea to fix that issue? Thanks!
Here's what it looks like on my Phone:
Hi Drummer611,
You have to sync the local files again- it does the work by itself. If you're still not able to play them, you can upload it again.
Best regards,
Jazmin
What do I have to do? Turn off Local Files on my PC, restart the app on the PC and re-enable them?
I disabled local files on my PC as well as "undowloading" one of my PC local files' playlist and none of these worked.
