Change IP Address

I'm using premium Spotify and I'm currently in Malaysia, I wanna change the IP Address to the US IP so I can stream with US IP, if I change from the Malaysia to the US IP Address, does that mean I need to pay a different price (the price in US) and not the original price I was offered? (the Malaysia price) and when you're streaming in the app where can you find your IP Address like literally in the app when you're using it? I'm very confused I wanna change IP Address to another country and I'm not in that other country and I need all the info about that ASAP!!! Thanks!!! -Eldrick
